Appointments - We recommend you make appointments to reserve your service time, although walk-ins are welcome. As a courtesy, we will call you before your scheduled appointment to confirm the date and time. COMING SOON - we will also offer email confirmations.
Cancellations - Please remember that your scheduled appointment is reserved for you. We understand that it may be necessary to change or cancel your appointment, if this occurs we respectfully request 24 hours' cancellation notice for individual services and 48 hours for spa packages. When scheduling a spa or bridal package a credit card payment is required in advance. This payment is refundable when cancellation is made 48 hours in advance. Regrettably, late arrivals will not receive extension of their scheduled appointments.
Spa Etiquette - For your benefit, we strive to maintain a relaxing, stress free environment. For the safety and comfort of all our guests and employees, only the person receiving the service is allowed beyond the waiting area. Our spa is designed for adults only. No children under the age of eighteen will be allowed in the spa unless receiving services. As a courtesy to all guests, please silence phones when entering the spa or nail area.
Forms of Payment - We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card and Discover as well as check and cash. We ask that all gratuities are left in cash or personal check to your service provider.
Salon and Spa Prices - Prices are as listed and subject to change at any time without notice. Long or extra thick hair may warrant additional product or service charges averaging $10-$20. Our front desk staff will assist you with any pricing inquiries you may have at the time of your appointment.
